Razoavel, as instalações precisam ser manutenidas com mais frequencia, o quarto fica com cheiro de mofo apos algumas horas fechadas; há paredes com várias manchas de infiltrações; atendimanto bom e educado; sugiro efetuar manutenção nos apartamentos da ala 100 - subsolo.

Lugar espaçoso, mas muito mal aproveitado
Sendo um apart hotel deveria ter, pelo menos, garrafas de água mineral na geladeira, dois pratos, talheres, copos de plástico mesmo, detergente na pia e toalha de papel. Uma mesa pequena com dois cadeiras para um lanche no quarto. Também sugiro que melhorem a roupa de cama, bem velha, desbotada pelo uso e cheia de bolinhas.

O quarto que fechei pelo app parecia um cativeiro é no subsolo a janela é no alto do teto. Mal iluminando, cheiro de barata, muito mosquitos. Roupas de cama surradas e pareciam ja usadas não cheiravam bem. Interruptor e tomada de luz do banheiro era dentro do box. Fiz um upgrade de quarto. E ficamos numa suite muito melhor.

Razoável foi a experiência: as fotos mostram uma coisa, mas a realidade é outra. O hotel tem um espaço muito bom, mas está precisando de manutenções. O guarda roupa estava com cheiro de mofo, a pia do banheiro estava vazando; toalhas e lençóis manchados e encardidos, ambientes como entrada principal e restaurante mal limpos, vidros sujos e embaçados. O que tem de bom é o atendimento dos funcionários que são educados, atenciosos e prestativos. E o Cafe da manhã também estava muito bom.

Foi sensacional, realmente uma estadia maravilhosa, quarto super limpo, pessoal super atencioso e o café da manhã delicioso. Gostaríamos de mandar um abraço especial para a colaboradora Aĺine, que com sua simpatia nos encantou e ainda nos deu sugestões de turismo em nosso passeio, além de dizer que nosso pequeno Arthur gostou muito de ti( ainda hoje ele fala cadê a tia Aline), e é isso grande abraço!

Eu já me hospedei umas três vezes nesse hotel essa foi a quarta mas reparei ,que o café da manhã não está mas bom faltou bastante coisa ,o quarto foi depcionante ,tinha cupim no guarda roupa,o ar não estava gelando direito a tv a imagem péssima,não tinha telefone no quarto e muito menos wfi que não estava pegando ,não recomendo a ninguém ir mas lá .

PESSIMO HOTEL NAO VALE A PENA
Péssimo hotel.... os quartos são super abafados, ar condicionado velho e mega barulhento tem q ligar o ventilador junto pra ver se tem como respirar melhor. banheiro tem cheiro de urina mesmo que acabem de lavar. café da manhã nao tem variedade, tudo muito mal feito ... suco em pó pela manha. sem contar o espaço que é servido tbm é mega quente. o banheiro sempre falta uma toalha do piseiro, entao molha todo o banheiro, eu pedi um rodo pra secar e disseram que nao podia liberar, entao pedi para irem secar e também nao foram. ou seja nao vale a pena a economia. NAO TEM GARAGEM !!!! carros ficam na rua e a localização é péssima para boa praias e passeios !

Consideravelmente decepcionado, chegando ao local já soube que o carro ficaria na rua, entrando no quarto um cheiro de mofo muito forte, e de cara tinham duas baratas no banheiro, qualidade da TV péssima, e sem sombra de dúvidas a pior parte foi o café da manhã, nunca tinha me hospedado em um lugar que as 08:30 da manhã, já não havia qse nada, nenhuma fruta, sucos em. Pó, nenhum natural, apenas pão com margarina, nada de presunto, queijo ou coisa parecida, tive a esperar fazer café, pq nem isso tinha, a desculpa que a pessoa me deu foi q já havia sido reposto tudo 4 vezes, nunca mais irei e nem recomendo, uma quantidade de mosquito, sem contar em os que já haviam sido mortos na parede, chuveiro praticamente pingando água.

Aceitável, mas não recomendo.
Quarto bom, pegamos um no andar superior. Lugar com bastante cheiro de cigarro, não teve limpeza do quarto fiquei com lixo de sexta feira até domingo no quarto, pedem para deixar a chave e não vão até o quarto tirar o lixo? ver se precisa trocar roupa de cama nada? Café da manhã pouco variado, sucos de pozinho, poucas variações de bolos etc. Não recomendo a estadia nesse hotel, o preço foi ok mas no fim não sei se compensou. A menina da recepção ficava boa parte do tempo conversando com terceiros e eu ficava constrangida de pedir a senha do wifi, acho que deveria ter destacado a senha no hotel ou ser oferecida a nós assim que chegasse. O rapaz que ficou no outro turno bem atencioso.
