We stayed at many different locations of Homewood suite, this location has a nice clean property. Nice spacious room. Nice warm pool, fluffy bedding. The only issue we had was our daughter cut her foot on a metal bed frame sticking out from her bed, we had to call down for some stuff missing that we needed, arrived within 10mins. We had a great time overall and enjoyed our time.

We left too early to have breakfast but I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go. The only thing that was inconvenient was we checked in late (10:30 pm) and the parking lot was full so we had to cross the road and park at the hotel across the road - it was below zero and there wasn't a path snowblown in the snow so we had to walk through the snowbank with our luggage in those temps in the dark/late as two women...not a great situation.

I’m not one to leave a negative review. However I’m baffled at how much a hotel can change in a year. Last years stay was excellent.Unfortunately the same cannot be said for this recent stay. First off the smell of the hotel is horrendous now. The second floor elevator area reeks of dirty diapers? And cigar smoke and some type of food cooking. The pool was disgusting. The bottom was brown like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed for awhile. We had same room as last year. No trash bags, only half roll of toilet paper,tv kept turning off every 20 minutes and the phone didn’t work. When maintenance came to fix tv the man said it was because our room was too warm. It’s DECEMBER in New England so 70 degree room is not “ Too hot”. He proceeded to set the Ac without telling us and our room was freezing during the night. Communication with maintenance and housekeeping was difficult due to communication barriers. Each time we asked front desk person about issues we had we were told everything was fine on their end. When we went to use pillows from closet there were blood stains and hair on the pillow cases. NASTY!We chose pay at property during booking, since three of us would be sharing cost. They would not let us change payment type and debited my bank account a day before we checked out. Expedia called them to tell them that it was up to hotel to change payment and were told NOPE. SADLY We will not be going back next year for annual girls trip.

First room smelled terrible so they switched me to a room that heated to 83 degrees in the middle of the night and they said woops it was on the wrong setting Would not recommend this place

We are Hilton people and usually are very satisfied with our stays. This experience was awful. When we arrived there was a backup of cars trying to unload due to lack of luggage carts. We had to make multiple trips from the car to our room. In the lobby area was a very disruptive party going on. Loud. Someone on roller skates. We were trying to talk to the front desk attendant. And worst of all was the smell of pot in all the elevators, hallway to room and even seeping into our bedroom. We had to open the windows in our suite to lessen the smell. I walked through the halls with my coat over my mouth. The only front desk attendant was sweet but could not handle all that was going on. We did talk to her and she had to be interrupted by the barking dog and roller skating guest. It’s a shame because the room itself was nice. But, we would never stay here again.

We NEVER stayed there, but we did get charged for it . We stayed at the one in Connecticut. After a mishap booking , we immediately called the hotel in NH to say we were staying at the one in CT, but there was no front desk manager during the whole weekend so nothing could be done till the Monday. After multiple calls to the hotel, because noone ever got back to us, and after one receptionist hanging up on us, we finally got another front desk manager 4 days later, who contacted the general manager Ms Katri McCcullough who in turn refused to compensate us or even take our call. This is not only not correct but exteememely unprofessional. I am a Hilton Honors and must say , I deplore the situation.

just 5 min away from the airport, so convenient we arrive at 5pm stay overnight i love their amenities although no chance to used it but with a pool and fitness ctr its my second time stay with them. room is clean.

The bathroom was unclean there was dirt in the shower. The pool was the reason we booked and had floating hair in it and the bottom was very dirty two different times dirty. Reported to desk couldn’t get it cleaned until next day. Front desk was very helpful though. But would not say this is of Hilton quality.

Our suite was perfect! The girls at the front desk that checked us in were great, very personable, and met all our needs and more. We always enjoy ourselves at breakfast, where we meet other people staying there and everyone is always upbeat. We will continue to stay at Homewood suites when we are in the area, especially at the holidays.
