「Had stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks with my Family. The apartment was fully furnished with all appliance & very well maintained in a quiet locality. Best part it had a supermarket & laundry service in house. Would Highly recommend for future visits. The host was very cooperative too. Yusuf, Mumbai (India)」

「Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. Would I stay in this apartment again the answer would be no.」

「The landlord met us in the apartment. They were nice. There was a supermarket close by. Comfortable beds. Okay rooftop pool. Easy to take a tuk tuk to sights.」

「Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . 」

「We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time.」

「One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...
