「Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. 「Excellent hotel stay. The front desk staff of Melody and Cesa were super helpful, professional, and made our check-in a breeze. The room was really really clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hot water in the shower made the room perfect for us. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with many choices of hot foods, fruits, and juices. The hotel is located near the malls, restaurants, and a wonderful bakery/cafe next door. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone...

「No tissue in the toilet, noisy air condition. Smells like mold. Mirror is had a red spot. There's a bug or mosquitoes flying in the toilet so I had to close the door.」

「I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away...

The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious.
