「The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very easy to get to from the airport. We were able to walk to Markets, a big and new Mall, and take an uber and public transportation to the city square. Very safe area where everyone we encountered was friendly towards tourists. 」

「I am in Ukraine to do volunteer work. Before moving to a flat in the city centre, my introduction to Lviv and to Ukraine was the gracious staff at the Hotel Maestral. I walked in the door after a long bus ride and border crossing on Saturday night. I was soooo tired. So, when I walked in the door, and the kind woman behind the desk greeted with, "We've been waiting for you!" and a smile, it warmed my heart. 「I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Already know their location is not close to any sightseeing spot before booking and you have take around 30 mins to go to the old town area by feet. I am ok with that as I enjoy walking around to see the daily life in the city. Restaurant is small but the dishes’s not bad, so does the room」
