"Be aware that as of March 2025 ongoing roadworks is happening in the street that the property is on. They did email after the room was booked and gave me the option to cancel. It would be better to know this information before booking rather than after booking. It would be useful to have a mat by the entrance to the mainHallway to brush sand off shoes before entering building. There is a communal kitchen in the reception area where you can make teas and coffees, etc and take them to your room....

"Plenty of free parking on the street. Very safe area. Convenient check in, wonderful made to order breakfast. Pretty, spacious room with lovely balcony. Highly recommend!"
