「We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate...
