「Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. 」

「Best deal for money for those wanting to spend a night of two after a long flight-beats anywhere else」

「The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. 」

「酒店总体还是非常舒适，但性价比不算很好。因为不想住的太差，所以在尼甘布就没有太多选择了。酒店有一个很长的游泳池，游起来应该很过瘾，可惜只是过夜，没有时间去享受一下。」

「It probably had better days because it’s a very big property. It is quite isolated and the Uber driver had a hard time to find it. But the staff is incredibly sweet and ready to go above and beyond for the customers. Such nice people. It was for one night because I couldn’t make my flight, and was so tired I didn’t realize how far from the airport it was. Food is good and abundant.」

「Very good stay, staff and food were great, the room was fine but the bed could have been a little more comfy/bathroom was austere, so for a first spot after a long long flight the room could have been a little comfier in hindsight for our needs. Great courtyard, easy access to all of Negombo, quiet setting away from any crowds.」

「这家和另外一家酒店仅一字之差，但感觉差很远。酒店的服务人员不错，礼貌客气，第二天一早我们要六点走还给我们准备了早餐打包带走。房间很大，标准套房。比较差的地方：装修廉价，白色灯光，淋浴间水龙头固定热水等很久，洗浴用品简陋（普遍如此并非只有这家）。但是早上五点开始隔壁祈祷，广场舞级别的喇叭音乐吵的完全不能睡，尤其是浴室方向。估计这也不是酒店能解决的问题。」

「Het hotel heeft geen lift! Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud, diverse zaken werken niet, bv. airconditioning, warmwatervoorziening, waaiers, lekkende douchecabines. De ligbedden bij het zwembad bestaan deels uit verrot hout, hetgeen gevaarlijk is. De financiële afrekening gebeurt nog op 19e eeuwse wijze (losse bonnetjes, een rekenmachientje) en de receptionisten spreken zeer slecht Engels. Kortom: een upgrade is dringend nodig.」

「This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. 」
