「I found the hotel even better then I expected. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly! A real compliment for her and I found her also very professional. The thing of her was that offcourse it is a hotel but gave a feeling like I were coming there for years already. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was as well very good so no ant complain from me. What I also found nice was that they had a good place for my bike. 」

「服務態度不好，暖氣壞掉去跟櫃檯很難溝通。然後就算派人來確認，也故意不說英文，也沒有把暖氣修好，默默就開門離開，留下錯愕的我們，沒暖氣害我老婆冷到感冒。誇張的還有熱水瓶竟然有水，表示沒有認真清潔。整體不推薦亞洲人來這間飯店！」

「Our room was clean and quiet. We bought breakfast which is in a beautiful cellar atmosphere. The owners/caretakers work very hard to help you and overcome the language barrier. The hotel is a quick walk to the train and even closer to the old town of tourist attractions. Please check in before 3pm. Or be able to make international phone calls after 3pm to get inside for your key. The staff works long days…. 」

「Sehr gute Lage, allerdings dadurch auch teilweise laut. Die Straßenlaternen haben durch die Fenster geleuchtet und man konnte nicht richtig abdunkeln, weil nur Stoffvorhänge vorhanden waren. Sehr gutes kostenloses WLAN.」
