「The service is not good for us because when we book in Hotel.com they mention included breakfast, however the 1st when we check in they didn't know English is not suitable for the tourists and then they said not included breakfast is the 2nd thing we think very bad experience. And then some guys said if need to complain not complain to them, this should be done by ourselves..... I will not recommend reserve this hotel in this city.」

「Super nice owner. He arranged a ride for me during a day's long blackout and I knew it wasn't easy to do. The room is very clean. I feel perfectly safe. The bathroom is huge and amazing. The pool area with the patio is a really unheard of treat in Matanzas! 」

Tengo que destacar lo que más me gustó de la casa y es sin dudas la señora Mena y su esposo , nunca me había sentido tan bien , son respetuosos , serviciales , los adoro y espero verlos pronto porque siento que dejé mi familia allí , mis dos tíos , la casa está estupenda y tiene todo lo necesario para compartir con la familia , me llevo en el corazón ese lugar y espero regresar muy pronto ! 」
