Wir wurden im Gebäude hinter dem Hotel stationiert! Dies ist eher ein Motel, als ein Hotel ! Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber! Großes Lob an die Putzdame! Für diesen Preis ist das Hotel wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!

I didn't like the Motel vibe. Nothing like the pictures I saw before making my reservation. To start with when walking in to the reception counter there were like 7 cats walking around! 😱 Not a good 1st impression. Then, they do not have a/c and the windows are totally sealed so it feels more like a sauna. Then, when I asked for a wine bottle opener, they didn't have one even though they have a "restaurant/breakfast" area. The Manager asked me to walk to the restaurant next door for them to open it for me. Are you kidding me?? 😡 And for the cherry on top, we were able to hear every single one of the neighbors next rooms conversations. Horrible! Not coming back obviously.

The tenants on the side of us were very loud. late at night and into the night. We did not know the number of the front desk.0 did not work, so I banged on the wall often,to send them a message to be quiet. "It failed. Buyer, beware! Do not stay here. This is advertised as a 3 star hotel. It is more a substandard 1/2 star motel. An overflow parking facility, the "hotel" seems to be an afterthought. It is in the middle of nowhere, located by the freeway - you cannot walk anywhere, so you are stuck in your sub-par room. No restaurant; no lobby, you access your room from the sidewalk. They hand you take-out menus upon arrival! The nearest restaurant is accessed by going past the rusty fence, going by the freeway and crossing a rock-strewn walkway. Lighting in the room was so bad that I can't honestly say whether it was clean or not. Room had no temperature control - room was hellishly hot and the window didn't open. Charged 330 Euros - as if it is a Hilton or luxury Marriott or Radison. Had I known how bad it was I would have opted to spend the night in the Madrid airport rather than staying there. I have reported it to Expedia and I pray they will warn fellow travelers away.

Good check in, very poor condition of the infrastructure. The rooms are behind the building, are not attached to the hotel.

We booked this place for our last night in Madrid before an 11am flight. We just wanted a place close to the airport and this fit the bill, but it's definitely a no-frills place tucked into the warehouses and parking lots around the airport. Don't have high expectations.

I wish I would've taken the time to research the area more. There was nothing nearby. Honestly the night rate seemed too high for the basic rooms they have to offer. The hotels across the freeway were modern and more affordable.

L’albergo è stile motel con stanze in edifici separati e a pianterreno. Molto pulite ma scarne e senza tanta luce. Va bene proprio per starci una notte di passaggio. La distanza indicata non è reale perché è vero che è attaccato alle piste dell’aeroporto ma di strada è più del Chilometro e mezzo circa indicato. Colazione scarsissima, si Pagano otto euro per poter riprendere varie volte dal buffet ma veramente c’è pochissimo da mangiare

Never stayed at a hotel that regulated the air conditioner. Only came on every 2 hours. Check in staff was nice. The transportation driver to the airport, not so nice. She was grumpy.
