「When I arrived, I needed to change the first room booked for me by the hotel because there were a lot of dirty spots top of the comforter. Then they immediately arranged another room for me which was cleaner than the first room. I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a great time here!」

「Great hotel, and although the location for me is rather convenient, the area it is surrounded by seems a bit dingy and has litter everywhere. I'd see broken glass bottles on the ground and have to be careful where I step. It's also next to a metal working warehouse that often makes a lotta noise during weekdays. None of this isn't the hotel's fault at all however. 」

「Overall, a great stay for the price! The lobby could use a bit of cleaning, but our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple (coffee machines, muffins, granola bars), but it was a nice touch. The front desk staff were great—especially during check-in, which was smooth and super helpful despite our very late arrival past check-in hours. Check-out was just as easy. For the deal we got, we couldn’t ask for more!」

「I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's...
