「A lovely and quaint spot in Aguas Calientes! Hot water 24/7, which is not always guaranteed in the town. Wonderfully comfortable beds, which is a must after a full day exploring or hiking Machu Picchu, heated rooms, and a very amiable staff. They also offer pick up service from the train station! I will definitely be back. 」

「The breakfast was the same typical tourist fare everyday but it was sufficient. There was only 1 towel per person, so I asked for extra as needed. The sink only has cold water. The shower was hot. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, no elevator- so be ready to hike up.」

「從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間，雖然我們的火車有延誤，但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們，房間內的設備很完善，還有按摩浴缸使用，到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂，但完全不影響住宿睡眠，床很舒適，早餐的樣式雖不多，但服務人員很有禮貌，還有新鮮現打果汁，可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。」
