"My stay at the AKRA hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were greeted by warm, friendly and welcoming staff, notably Deniz and Gunez at reception. We were offered complimentary drinks on arrival, we received water bottles every morning and our room with the sea view was nothing short of breathtaking. The meals were above par and the staff, including Mesut and Huseyin were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. If my friend and I needed help getting around town, the concierge was on hand to answer all of our questions. Doga was particularly kind in helping me find a local hairdresser. The gym and spa facilities are amazing and the lounge area was the perfect place to relax before dinner. The steam room was out of action for a few days, but the pool more than made up for the inconvenience! Thank you to all the staff at AKRA hotel and especially to those who work behind the scenes to have made this the most memorable, peaceful and enjoyable holiday I've ever had. Looking forward to returning with my children very soon. "

"The staff were awesome, the cleaning was on on point with a great variety of food options. The only area that needs a bit of improvement is that of activities for guests. During our stay it was relatively quiet as it was off season but the only activity for adults was darts. Management should look at getting more activities organised to help make guests stay in bit more interactive even during off peak periods "

"Great little hotel right in the centre of Antalya's Old Town! We got two family rooms on the 5th and 6th floor each of which had one king size bed and one single bed. Both rooms were immaculate and had good facilities. The hotel itself is modern; looks like it was recently refurbished and was clean throughout. All staff were always happy to help, polite and friendly. We put in a request for something special prior to our stay via WhatsApp as we had a birthday, and to our surprise they delivered a birthday cake to one of our rooms during our stay! Very accommodating. Breakfast is the only slight issue, if I can even call it an issue? As it's a new(ish) hotel, they don't really have space to construct a kitchen for a large breakfast selection. So it's only croissants and bread that they bring to your room or to the terrace area, but is more than sufficient, with jam, butter, nutella, etc. The terrace area has a coffee machine and a selection of teas. It's a very nice place to sit and chill at any time. The location is awesome, central to everything in the Old Town and a stone's throw from Hadrian's Gate and public transport stops. There's also a neat dessert shop underneath the hotel. Overall, amazing stay and I would fully recommend to anyone considering."
