"The hotel is without a doubt one of the best I’ve stayed in when it comes to service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had birthdays during our stay and the staff made sure to leave us with cake and birthday cards in our room on the right days. When I let them know about an issue with the room they went in with a maintenance person immediately to address the problem. The hotel is also very conveniently located and within walkable distance from major attractions. The only thing is I wish there was more variety in the breakfast options each day, as it was mostly the same everyday. Also, there was a leakage problem in the bathtub area that they attempted to fix but ultimately were unable to so we were just given extra towels to soak up the water, which was unfortunate. Otherwise this truly was a great stay and I don’t remember the last time I slept so well in recent months."

"Overall is good. Staff are polite and nice. The public areas of the hotel incl the restaurant, lobby and rooftop bar look very nice. But there is water stains around the bathroom and the wooden floor of the room. Shower tub has noise when water comes out but not affect the shower."
