「第一間入住的房間不乾淨，插座壞，檯燈壞，椅子上都是屑，房間一股怪味。後來反應換了房間，好很多，但是桌上服務電話是壞的想問WiFi 密碼要特別google響很久才會接。停車格很擠適合小車人士。位置好，旁邊就是輕軌，沙灘，Luna park. 衛浴設備乾淨，舒適。」

「This is a very good hotel. It's near a tram stop and shops and roughly halfway between St Kilda and Melbourne city centre (it's on a main road, though I wasn't disturbed by noise). The room was clean, spacious and well stocked if wanting to cook something simple. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and decent value for money. Staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and would return again. 」

「The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.」

「停車場在旅館步行時間約三分鐘左右，沿路上有好幾個垃圾桶直接放在行人路上，是很大隻的一種。停車場有露宿者，有少少保安的隱患。旅館內沒有發現電梯，有大型行李的旅客要多花點力氣才行」
