I was assigned to a room with a bed with dirty sheets containing several human hair, (pics attached). I informed the front desk assistant and I was moved to another room with the same problem and more. As I know how hard and slow is the reimbursement process, I decided to go to the closest store (not really close) to buy a pair of beds sheets, and I set them up by myself in order to sleep in a clean bed. I don't want to say any more but I left the pictures in Google drive so you can clearly see the situation. I have been in cheaper hotels way more decent and clean than this one. "It may it be a poor house, but not because of that it has to be dirty". Very disappointed.

they advertise as having a breakfast buffet. They have no breakfast buffet they we ate biscuits and gravy three days in a row rockhard biscuits cold gravy no other options then on the last day, we got cereal but no milk no other breakfast options list that had laundry facilities. There are no laundry facilities, stayed here for a week for work and we will never stay here again very rundown very unprofessional very misleading but hotels.com is too hard to get your money back from you pay for something

We went for the Eras Tour in New Orleans. The front desk staff were super nice, but unfortunately the facilities were pretty unkept. The bathrooms seemed unfinished with the tub peeling on the base, and the toilet barely flushed. We found a toenail in our room. No elevator. Just pretty run down.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness. The room had an awful smell, the sheets had other people's hairs on them, the shower curtain was moldy, and the floors were damp. My standards aren’t very high for hotels in general, but the smell was insane. Karen up front was wonderful, though!

This hotel is old and RUN down. The rooms do not look very clean, it was so terrible that I left to stay at another hotel located in Kenner. This place needs an entire renovation.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Expected more from Ramada. Lobby looks nice. Not very nice reception from staff when checking in. Rest of the facility is pretty nasty to put it mildly. Carpets throughout are disgusting. Room is in need of a major overhaul. Bathroom is falling apart, paint peeling and shower rod falling off the wall. Can't keep water in the shower. Bed was comfortable and AC works well. Just a really run down facility. I work stay here again.

Several things come to mind. The worst was that there was no hot water in the shower, the tub was very slippery, plumbing for maintain. No shampoo or conditioner, but I did get some when I went to the front desk Outlets at the desk were used for the refrigerator and TV. Had unplugged the refrigerator to select either my PC or the desk light. Poor. Complementary breakfast was a disgrace. Oatmeal was the only cereal and nothing else is available except pancakes, toast, and bagels lady at the front desk said that their grocery order had not come in yet. Not a valid excuse.!
