Duty manager of this Hotel, named Satyam, have been rude and have pathetic management and communication skills.
Let me tell you what happened and what spoiled my mood.
#1. When I entered the room, whole bed and pillow covers were smelling badly due to sanitisation. This is not the way to sanitize, I was in Hilton too, but not felt anything like I felt in Golden Tulip.
#2 Water bottles were only 2 for 2 people. It should have been 4.
#3 Room dining was very slow
#4 After 5 hours of check out I received call from Satyam, he argued over call for pillow covers and bed sheet saying I damaged them, however, it was henna stains as my wife put henna on her hairs always.
We never received calls regarding such thing from wherever we stayed. But never expected or heard what I heard from Satyam.
When I said that I will surely give my feedback on your behaviour then he challenged do it.
