「This was an outstanding stay front the minute we arrived. We opened the door to a bright, spacious, spotless mini apartment. Anything’s needed like a corkscrew was happily provided t the front desk. The breakfast was plentiful wit choices of coffee, juices breads pastries cheese meats and toaster. Housekeeping was outstanding allowing us to return to a spotless room every evening. We saved a forte by staying here and easily took the #3 but thee d of the street straight to the historic city...

「I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door...

It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. 「Tatiana had been a great host to us. Communication skill was perfect. Her restaurant recommendation and sightseeing tips were very precise and accurate Her prompt ability to solve problems was efficient. The only issue we encountered was - the only window was facing central sky light of the building, so there is no fresh air circulation. Only option was to keep air-con on - there was no kettle, got hot water from coffee machine 」

「On a month long trip this was best aparthotel stay in Spain by a wide margin. Clean and comfortable. Living Room has nice work desk, functional, well stocked kitchen. "The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."

"Everyone hotel staffs are provide their good service with their smile for all of travellers. I have a very good sleep experience with The hotel’s room. And the location with the train station by walk no longer than 10 mins . And with the Corte ingles no longer than 10 mins by walk . "
