「El apartamento para 5 personas que nos tocó fue una pasada. Muy amplio y con cocina y muebles nuevos. Tenía cafetera, microondas y lavavajillas. Te dejan un kit de bienvenida para la cocina( estropajo, lavavajillas, desengrasante, balleta y pastillas para el lavavajillas. Tenia 2 habitaciones, una con una cama de 90 y otra con dos camas juntas de 90. También, 3 aires acondicionado(salón y las 2 habitaciones). La verdad que volveria al mismo sitio y aparatamento. El mio era el 209. Me encantó....

「It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! 」

「I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door...

"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."

Good stay experience with Ibis style

"Everyone hotel staffs are provide their good service with their smile for all of travellers. I have a very good sleep experience with The hotel’s room. And the location with the train station by walk no longer than 10 mins . And with the Corte ingles no longer than 10 mins by walk . "
