「Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

「酒店就在高速路边上，紧挨着一家大型购物中心，有家乐福超市和餐馆。机场到酒店车程约10分钟，提前联系，在指定时间内有机场的免费班车。前台弄错了我们第二天去机场的班车时间，主动出钱叫了出租车，车资约17欧元。自助早餐很丰盛，有英式早餐。」

「So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. 」

「Ya conocía este hotel y lo están mejorando, para mi solo es criticable el no disponer de parking y que cierren la puerta de acceso de los jardines a las 21:00 haciendo dar toda la vuelta para regresar a la habitación después de cenar, por lo demás todo genial」
