「The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.」

「The staff were very informative and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The restaurant is clean and serves up delicious meals at a reasonable cost. The addition of live entertainment is a nice bonus and the area that the in is located in is safe and walkable. 」

「First time there, 4th time in Los Cabos. Beautiful hotel. We would wake up and see whales from our room. Great food. Private beach club on a beach you can actually swim in. Best part is the service: Great people doing a great job. Looking forward to coming back.」
