「My stay was great. I’m a single female and I felt safe there. The bed is comfortable and the local is central to shops and beach. The staff were wonderful and helpful. After shopping around I did find it to be a bit pricy for what you get. 」

「Me gustó la limpieza de la abitación y en general del hotel, trato amable por parte de la recepcionista. Mi único comentario es que deberían de dar dos llaves, ya que algunas veces ocupas salir dejando a alguien adentro de la abitación, quien puede llegar a dormirse o esta dentro del baño y no este disponible para abrirte.」

「Me gusto mucho solo qué hay ciertos aspectos a considerar el primero es que no hay elevador si te toca en el 5to piso como fue mi caso esta súper pesado y no se te notifica antes por lo que si vas con alguien de la tercera edad o un discapacitado olvidado esta horrible, lo siguiente es que la alberca el primer día tenía exceso de cloro deberían checar eso y lo último es que los baños estan sumamente sucios, de ahí en mas todo estaba bien, la playa muy bonita y está a una cuadra del bungalow 」

「Rosie takes great care of you. Room really nice with comfy King Bed. She provided extra touches like French press for coffee, extra pillow for me, for scat up to use the little kitchen in the parking area, and let us book an extra night. Convenient location too. 」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay last month here! The owners were so nice and even drove me from the beach to the hotel and back to the beach as i arrived early for check in! They allowed me to use their services until my room was ready! I would definitely recommend anyone coming here as everything was clean and owners were amazing and i felt very safe as i had came on my own! I will definitely come again!」

「It’s very close to the town square and not far from the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area to chose from. The ocean is great to swim in. Very little undertow. The room is small and you need to be able to take stairs. Overall it’s a pretty place to stay for a couple of nights. 」

「Great hotel with awesome rooms. Comfy beds, wifi. Great views. Short walk down to the beach, amazing hosts. It was my first time to chacala I loved everything about it. The restaurants in the area are a bit limited in their menus unless you love seafood. Next time we will bring our own food to cook. It’s worth coming back too. 」

「Me gustó que ubiera agua caliente, aires acondicionados funcionando bien, el lugar a la vista se veía bonita, en la habitación que me tocó estaba amplia, el personal atento y limpio, lo que no me gustó es que la cocina se veía maltratada y las toallas estaban muy viejas y que no aceptarán pago con tarjeta ni débito ni crédito 」

「Right on the main street so we could just walk out and find a restaurant or anything you want. Not a lot of English speaking staff but they quickly brought out a translater on there phones or a staff member who did and helped us quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We were there for Guayafest with all the Volkswagens and it was loud, upbeat and fun!」
