We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and warm, adjustable temperature. Nice bathroom with warm enough water. 10 minutes walk to the tube station, or 5 minutes walk to a bus station that could go to Hyde park or bond street. Which I think is quite convenience.

总体还行，让我见识到了欧洲酒店啥样。
总体来讲，不错的。 周围配套，距离地铁不远，身后就有一个很大的超市，周围的环境也比较安静，不会影响到休息。 服务，还行吧，我只是觉得酒店接待我的前台女生，东欧人，口音很重的同时说话还很快，我没法听懂，还好，旁边的大叔会一些中文，把事情都讲清楚了。 早餐，欧洲的早餐真的是不怎么样，花样少且不怎么好吃，快来我大中国看看同样价格的早餐，绝对秒杀你。 房间，最不满意的一点，给我安排了一个紧挨电梯的房间，真的很吵，欧洲的酒店估计都没拖鞋，这点我不吐槽。

We arrived at the hotel after being awake for 28 hours. We were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep in our room. However, when we got to the room there was no heat, ie the vents weren’t working, and because management obviously knew it wasn’t working, they had placed two crappy electric oil heaters in the room. Despite this half hearted attempt to heat the room, the small heaters were hopelessly inadequate as the room had 15 foot ceilings. The room was freezing. We went down to the desk and complained, and they said they knew about the issue, saying it was “limited.” However, they weren’t very apologetic about it. We asked to be moved to another room, but staff didn’t really want to comply, saying it could be arranged for the following night. Also, while we like a firm bed, this was by far the hardest bed we had ever slept in. We complained about it as well, and a couple of thin toppers were brought up. Staff informed us the beds were exactly the same in every room. We decided to leave but we weren’t guaranteed we’d be refunded for the remaining two nites. Apparently that was up to the discretion of the reservationist. We never heard back from them as promised, so we called the desk in the AM and inquired - they knew Nothing about it and apparently, the email they had promised to send the reservationist was never sent. Finally at the 11th hour (literally, ie checkout time,) we heard they had deigned to refund us for the outstanding two nites. Never. Going. Back.

Room size is relatively large. Easy walk to Earl's court station. Pillow has bad smell, but staff was quick to offer replacement. Missing a desk lamp, but staff was willing to find me one after two calls.

Kensington is a very nice part of London, the buildings architecture of the park hotel is also nice. The furniture is quite old and the rooms are a bit small. Since the location is that good, it doesnt bother at all. The bed is comfortable. Its a perfect compromise if you dont want to pay too much but still have good connections to all sightseeing spots and nice quarters of london.
