Great location! Lots of foot and the train, tube and buses are all within walking distance. Great 24 hour convenient store 5 minute walk away that came in handy! AMAZING Italian restaurant right up the street O Sole Mio and great local pub right around the corner from there. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, they let me check in 2 hours early and tidied up my room daily if I requested. The only negative was that my room was RIGHT next to the elevator so it got a little loud at random times during the night and in the early morning. The rooms are TINY but a private bathroom is always a perk in European hotels. The evening 11pm-5am front desk person was the kindest man I’ve ever spoken to. Overall great! 9/10

A great base for our overnight stay. Close to Victoria Coach Station which for us is great. Lovely comfortable bed and room. Would stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist nur wenige Minuten von der Victoria sowie der Pimlico Station entfernt. Ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab, mit dem man sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt erreicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr modern sowie gemütlich eingerichtet und auch die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber sehr schön gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet. Lediglich das Frühstück könnte man noch mal überdenken. Hier wird zwischen dem „kontinentalen“ und „englischen (gegen Aufpreis)“ Frühstück unterschieden, bei dem das erste vollkommen ausreicht, aber dennoch ein paar Sachen fehlen. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

If you’re looking for a perfect location, this hotel is walking distance from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, The Eye, Parliament and Westminster Abbey and so much more! The staff was amazing, from Dominick at the front desk and Ariana in the dining area, when we come back we’d definitely stay there again! The only issue is the firm bed, but other than that a great hotel!

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht. Für uns "vereist als Paar" war es groß genug. Das Bett war 1,40m groß mit einer riesigen Bettdecke für zwei Personen. Sollte man nicht als Paar, sondern als Freunde anreisen, auf jeden Fall dann nicht das kleine Zimmer buchen. Frühstück war sehr lecker und von allem reichlich da. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen, wenn man es gebucht hat. Englisches Frühstück kostet extra. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und super gelegen. Bushaltestellen (3 Minuten Fußweg) und U-Bahn Station (5 Minuten Fußweg) sind problemlos per Fuß zu erreichen. Personal war super nett. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Good value for money, nice choice for breakfast. Situated in very nice area with great Italian restaurant over the road. Would have liked more than one pillow, but only quibble.

I stayed in a small double. It is really small. Even tho the hotel has an elevator, I was initially booked into a room that required me to go down a flight of stairs. Luckily they were able to move me and were very gracious. If you have mobility issues communicate with them before you book.

Hotel was nice with about a 15 minute walk from Victoria coach station. Instructions for walking could have been better. when asking for help no one seemed to know where the hotel was. Good Breakfast available. Staff were friendly and helpful.
