The staff at Art'otel Battersea were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. They genuinely cared about ensuring every guest felt at home, which added a personal touch to the experience. The highlight of my stay was the excellent breakfast at Tozi Cafe. I appreciated the fact they are not serving buffet but a proper breakfast menu with plenty of choices. It was a delightful way to kickstart each day of my stay. During my breakfast at Tozi Cafe, I had the pleasure of encountering one of the hotel's exceptional team members. This tall boy, always donning a bright smile, went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of. His attentive and passionate service made my dining experience all the more enjoyable and memorable. Art'otel Battersea surpassed all my expectations, providing an unforgettable experience. With its artistic charm, friendly service, and outstanding breakfast at Tozi Cafe, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly special retreat. Stunning hotel with amazing rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Was lovely to watch the view of the city at nighttime from the pool. Breakfast that was included was great too, even if the coffee was a little slow to come out, but that was my only complaint for the full stay 😊

Wonderful hotel. Rooms were good amount of space for three adults staying. Breakfast was gorgeous, lots of it and great quality. Lady on reception was really helpful and took all our bags to keep for the day! Will definitely return

Rumble of the passing trains kept me up/woke me up. Air con in the room, to try and mask the outside noise sounds like a chinook helicopter hovering overhead. Lift and room controls are ridiculous- just give me a card key! Not very impressed for £300 per night.

Friendly reception and restauarant staff. We were upgraded on our arrival which was a lovely surprise especially for a birthday celebration. Loved the rooftop pool and views across London and Battersea park. Also loved the view of Battersea cats and dogs home from our room. We had a fantastic one night stay, thank you to all the staff at art’otel.

The room does not provide the facilities required to meet the hotel's star rating standards. The area around the hotel is good, with a lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a bit far from most of scenic places in London, not very convenient.

We had a great stay. The staff were so friendly, allowed us to leave our bags prior to the allotted check in time and on our return our bags had already been taken up. Thank you to the team for the bottle of fizz and room on a higher level. P.S. I’d recommend getting up to the roof top pool early we were the only ones there for a good hour or so.

Hotel itself is beautifully designed but the full experience is a mixed bag. Some staff were good but some stand off ish /uninterested and service in both the bar and restaurant were very very slow. I asked the desk about ordering a taxi for a wedding the next day and was told they didn’t book them so I should just come down and ask 10 mins before. I did so and was told it was so busy I should have booked. The lifts are on a very impractical system meaning you are always waiting for one and often have to switch lifts to get where you need to be. We were given an accessible room - we didn’t need this and it wasn’t mentioned to us beforehand which seemed odd - the bathroom flooded if you had the shower on too long and the sensor for the toilet flush had a mind of its own. We had breakfast which was fine but not remarkable - I would go to another place nearby for better options. A lovely looking hotel and very very convenient but not up to the standard in terms of experience based on the price and appearance.
