"The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and gave us loads of tips. The accommodation was nice and clean, train station for the Bernina Express was a couple of minutes walk and the old town a few mins away. The bathroom could do with a black out curtain though."

"This hotel is one of my favourite ones anywhere. I first stayed there in 2007, then in 2008 and have been keenly awaiting the opportunity to return to see what it is like in 2024 with my wife. We weren't disappointed. The rooms have been nicely updated, the staff are equally welcoming and the hotel, which is situated perfectly at the main junction into the town centre has superb views and retains a tasteful ambience. We will be returning again if at all possible."
