「虽然开车转了几圈才找到，但位置是很好的，离商业区和湖滨都不远，边上就是大教堂，还有一个摆了几门炮的古迹。免费升级到了套房，房间和卫生间都很大，用旧木材装修，和现代家具形成对比，既舒适又怀旧，和古老的建筑很般配。据说有名人住过，但介绍的名字不认识。曾经有两位美国总统在酒店的餐厅里吃过饭。米其林2015有推荐。」

「Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm located in the best spot of Geneva and old town. We all enjoyed our stay. There were six adults in our family ski trip in three hotel rooms. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of our ski trip before we drove to Chamonix, in the middle before everyone went their way traveling through France and Italy and again my husband and I came back at the end for one more night before we flew home back to the states. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful!...

「Excellent property, room as pictured and delicious breakfast. However, if you're unlucky like me you may be given a room that's not in the main building.That means you'll have to walk outside to an alleyway, up some stairs and the same to enter the main part of the hotel. That part was inconvenient enough with suitcases that I'd rethink staying there in the future. 」

「1. One of staff entered my room when I am sleeping for refrigerator beverages supplements, I said NO thanks, but he still came into and opened refrigerator. 2. Too restaurants dinner can be choosen, but no body told me the water is not included in next door restaurant, so I have to pay more about 100 CHF beyond origin 1 parking 2 meals payment. 」

「Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am.」
