「The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. 」

「The apartment was far from being as described on the site. It was not clean. The towels were ragged, no soap in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling . The place is very close to the beach but far from a supermarket or a restaurant. The T.V wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty, the cups and glasses weren’t washed properly. We had to buy bedding and reasonable towels. Altogether, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth.」

「This property was easy to find with the manager sending videos and texts. I was able to get around Haifa by bus and taxi and the view of the Baha'i shrine was wonderful.」

「The apartment is wide and there is everything you can need. Yoav is very nice and ready to help you in every moment. I found free parking all the time with no difficulty. Approved!」

「Excellent room, fantastic host who was very accommodating and delightful personality, just wasn't clear on the website how the location was deep in a village which was difficult to access, poorly marked, and therefore feeling unsafe. After we were settled, we felt fine, just getting to and from the property was uncomfortable.」

「The location is perfect for the beach and neat bus stations. The room itself is good, elevators of the building have bad smell, croaks every where be caution, communication with manager was easy and smooth. 」

「There is an outside gate to enter the area so coming and going is less flexible, esp. If you arrive late. And itbisnt easy to find. Also, the pool is not at the hotel. It is the local community pool and can only be accessed between 4-7pm. A bit of false advertising that the place has a pool :( need to plan accordingly if you wish to swim. 」
