「The beds were surprisingly comfortable, even with two of them being top bunks. I am doubtful that the shower was cleaned adequately as there were long hairs clinging to the wall that did not belong to anyone in my party. The floor was very noisy. 」

「It is quite a small room with one single bed and a bunk bed. The lower bunk bed is too narrow and the height between the two decks is too short. I cannot sit up on it. I have to crawl into the bed and slip out of it every time. So you can imagine the feeling when you sleep on the lower bunk bed and the upper bed is so close to your face. It is really the hostel facilities but the rate is close to a hotel or even more expensive than many of them. 」

「Service is good, breakfast is excellent. Wifi is slow and disconnect every 5 mins. Due the night time between 1700-2130. It is because, they share with the pub and restaurant guest wifi. When you showers the water sometimes hot and cold. The room is nice.Easy to park.」

「It is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. There is a lovely view of Loch Ness, a very romantic fireplace, and a great couch. Woke up to the lake views. Beautiful outdoor space if weather permits. We had a fantastic time. 」
