「It's a lovely Inn, highly recommended, my husband and I were happy to stay there for a night during our trip from Wales, the property was recently refurbished and has everything you need for a stay, the bed was super comfortable. 「This owner should be ashamed. We booked as it had free parking. The owner text in advance to share our number plate so he could register, which we did. We then also did it in person with him on arrival. We have then had 4 months of charges, months of letters and calls from a debt recovery company and told we would be sent to court if we didn’t pay the £170. He told me he cancelled it 2 months ago, but is refusing to take any calls, won’t reply to any texts and we’ve been forced to spend £170 on...

「Property was quite upmarket, but guests were not made to feel uneasy about this.My only quibble would be why they took a pending payment from my card on arrival, but then on checkout took the payment to settle our bill but the first payment was still pending on our bank account two days later. Who was holding that money in meantime.」

「We loved the pool and spa area and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The decor is somewhat tired but we did have a nice bright room with opening windows and adjustable radiators, which is always a plus. The breakfast was dull, basic bread, all the hot dishes precooked and sitting on top of heaters, lukewarm. The coffee was ok. It would have been lovely to have some local produce, real bread rolls etc.」
