I told the contact person and he didn't care at all. My daughters did not arrive when they found out about the plague that was in the apartment. 「We rented the full house for our family stay of 18 people. The house is so spacious! Very clean with nice added touches when we arrived like flowers on the towels. The house had everything we needed and then some! Communication was always very easy and any questions or concerns were always answered promptly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!」
