「We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem! 」

「Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. 」

「very friendly staff. the bedroom was clean and comfortable. the breakfast in the morning had many choices and my husband decided on eggs on toast and i had the eggs royale which we both enjoyed. some one had removed the tv control from the bedroom but reception replaced it but it still did not work but we were able to change channels on the tv itself. there was a mirror in the bathroom but none in the bedroom so it was difficult to use the hair dryer to see how to style your hair. these were...
