Every waiter, bartender, pool attendant and bell person was laser focused on guest satisfaction. My personal cuates team tended to our every need in a timely and courteous manner. The property and suites were gorgeous and immaculate. The restaurants were amazing. This is the premier resort in Punta de Mita. 」

「Lovely stay in Casita number three. Prompt responses from the hosts when we had questions. Other guests super friendly, great location out of the busy little town but still walkable our room didn’t have a view, but we loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and having coffee. 」

「Overall our stay was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. We did have a water leak from the ceiling on our first day, which was concerning at first because it seemed like there wasn't anyone to fix it. But Rene who was on duty was able to get his partner and a repair person in quickly to take care of the problem. As for amenities the air conditioning was really great and the pool always clean with the staff keeping clean towels available. The staff at the front desk were helpful...

「We would prefer a small table & chairs,stools are to high & uncomfortable for eating .Hot water at the kitchen sink,other places we stayed had hot water at kitchen & long stays cleaning services should be free once a week..We were there 3 weeks. Our stay was wonderful @ the Casa Makawe in the large king bedroom with large front balcony very clean. Would definitely recommend a stay @ the Casa Makawe.. 」
