The hotel steal my phone
My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone. They thought that I would not be back at the airport. Although I accidentally stayed in the room, the question was who would enter the room. They did not show me the CCTV. They did not help to find it. No response, the staff attitude is very bad, extremely irresponsible, just keep saying they don't see, their staff will not steal things. Don't check in, it also cost me a lot of money for my long distance call. I kept calling and going to the pavilion, I was mentally abused for two days and the hotel manager didn't find anything after two days.
我手提電話一直放在房間充電,Checkout後發現,我已經並馬上回去酒店尋找,雖然房間並沒有其他住客入住。但電話已經不見了,他們以為我已經去機場不會回來了,雖然自己不小心留在房間,但問題究竟誰會入房間呢,他們又不給我查看CCTV,他們沒有落力幫忙尋找,也沒有回應,工作人員態度很差,極度不負責任,只是一直說他們沒有看見,他們的工作人員也不會偷東西。千萬不要入住,還花了我很多我打長途電話的花費。我不斷打電話又要去差館,簡直精神虐待了兩天酒店經理二天後才回覆什麼也沒有找到。
