「I had a very nice stay ! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. However, the staff is not the most friendly and didn't bring up my attention on calling taxi cost. The cost is 5 times more expensive than usual and I only know when the taxi driver charged me.」

「Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY...

「The location of the hotel is very good. Front desk staff not friendly. Housekeeping they clean the room every day but please use bathroom cleaner the bathroom on our 3rd days has bad smell already. Breakfast is just basic, good to start the day. But the attendants in the breakfast area needs to improve their attitude not even smiling no greetings. 」

「I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. Helpful staff and good service

"Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem ."

位置较偏僻，性价比不高

"酒店位置较偏僻，周围环境一般，没有什么可看的景观。在这么一个地方弄出这么贵的价格就需要搞些噱头，譬如灯光秀什么的，但其实这个秀也一般般。灯光秀是在酒店自己的内庭中投射的，故标着Light Show的房间反而是朝内庭的。所谓Executive的房间并没有什么行政待遇，只是有个单独辟出的房间里放了一些回软的小零食而已。房间打扫不充分，地板上有一卷毛发都没有清除、洗脸池油油的下水不通畅。早餐也不好吃，都是些廉价或回软的食物。"
