「My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone. 「Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!」

「I like this hotel especially how it preserve the historical architecture and renovated it into a modern hotel. I appreciate that they let me check in early after a long flight. The only thing is that the cleaning lady forgot to totally empty the trash can left by the last person who stayed in the room. In general, I like my stay.」

「In a very vibrant area of Lisbon. Several walkable neighborhoods close by. Extremely helpful front desk staff. Very good restaurants nearby. 「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. The first day we checked in, finding that there was no kettle I. The room and reception told us that the kettle would be ready in day 2 which was quite random!」

「A decent hotel situated in the heart of the city. Metro and train stations are within 5 minutes walk, supermarket just steps away and lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was spotless though not really spacious. It’s well equip and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and never failed to show their smiles. 」
