「Nice overall. I don't find the staff too friendly, but helpful overall. I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain. 」

「In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. 」

「A nice property located close to Clapham Junction. All the staff are lovely. Decor is interesting and might not be to everybody's taste. Lighting in the room is lacking and there could also be an instruction sheet laying out oven functions, location of bins, etc but otherwise a quite comfortable stay.」
