「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. 「The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. I needed to stay around for a few more hours after my check out and they offered extended time on my room or a nice sitting spot in the lobby. The hotel is also very clean and kept in a very professional manner. Would strongly recommend! 」
