「The owner Mario is wonderful person, lot of patience, he came to pick us at water bus stop, coz its difficult for first time traveller's to find your Hotel, so many streets, he made our stay comfortable. Everything from his place is walkable. Thanks Mario.」

「This place gave us a great welcome after a long trip. Great location to everything including water taxi from the airport and to the train station. Everyday they provided maid service. We traveled with a young toddler and it was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. 」

「Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. 」

「The shower area is too small to have a good bath. Cooking facility is not enough and is not user friendly arranged. Sleeping room is clean and comfortable」

Inoltre la posizione della struttura è ottima sia per raggiungere ogni angolo della laguna, visto che la fermata del vaporetto dista pochi passi dal b&b, sia perché la zona ospita numerosi ristoranti/bar, un supermercato e addirittura un cinema. 「The shower water is horrible. If next room use the hot water , then you need to wait them to finish to get hot water. The swimming is so small compared with the Hu fabulous village . And no cleaning stuff as well. Not worth this price. 」

「The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away. There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night. The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. Nice staff and good breakfast

"Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. "

Smelly bathroom

"Bathroom stinks with smell of urine. Can hear everything in the hallway/next door. Location is okay with walking distance to train/bus station. But the unbearable smell was a real deal breaker. Their family room is clean and ok; Try getting family room, or never."
