「Though the breakfast isn't all that, the lighting in the rooms and hallways could be less harsh, and the place could use a little refresh, the service is really kind and responsive. The staff is extremely attentive to your needs and really takes the time to hear you out. If you are here on business, it does the job, though it's not a place I'd consider beyond 2.5 stars. I'd say families would be OK here or couples wanting to spend a few days in the area and not be confined to their hotel rooms...

「This is the first time at Residence Inn Zephyrhills FL. We could not believe how many people with dogs. We stay at a number of places that allow dogs and hardly see them when there. We thought there was a limit of 2 dogs per room but we saw people going in with 3. They are disrespectful to people not liking or allergic to dogs.
