「Our stay was very comfortable! However, our stay was about 4 days and the room was not cleaned up due to our short stay, so keep that in mind when booking. We had to request more towels at the front desk. Other than that, this hotel was good for a shorter stay. 」

「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. Breakfast Included and Conditions for Serving Breakfast」

「All was good but room is showing some wear. No paper towels in kitchen. Door would not lock and never did even tho I let the front desk know. I like it’s a smaller property. You could get anywhere easily. Loved the VIP happy hour!!」

「I didn't like the smell of mariguana that came true the air ventilation from the room next door it had mi and my family crazy i call front desk nerver came too verify they told that it came from aire ventilation it was in room SSS 301 THE JACUZZI IN THAT AREA HAD lime i also when personly and show front desk fotos of the JACUZZI 」

「This was an amazing place to stay. Had an entire home to ourselves and it was brand new. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Close to the parks and other attractions. The pools were great and we were able to have access to both property pools which was nice. Waterslides are impressive and the kids enjoyed it for hours. We will definately be staying here from now on when we travel to Orlando.」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...
