「Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. Staff/team...

「Great location, 3 min from Droga pod Reglami and 5 min from Strazyska Valley. Comfortable, nice and very helpful staff, enjoyed the stay. 」

「Hotel very clean. Very friendly staff. Delicious food both in restaurant Grand Kasprowy as well as the -1 breakfast/dinner. Curtains in the room unfortunately do not close fully and was not resolved. Quite noisy air conditioning. 」

「Very good hotel, would stay again, only one issue tou have to email the appartment 24 hiurs in advance ti get bookong in details, dont know why they just didnt awnd the details, i had to wait over half hour to get hold of someone as my calls wernt a swered resolved to whatsapp massaging only and the instructions wernt clear. Bit stressfull but after that no issues」
