"太好了，坐機場巴士10分鐘就到了，櫃臺人員太客氣了，特羅姆瑟太好了，空氣好，很棒，與太太看到極光了，是晚上12點。櫃臺小姐幫忙很多，因我們到以色列機票被取消，由于以黎衝突，櫃臺小姐幫忙連絡，非常感謝。總之，很棒的旅程，5天4夜。"

Great location and decent room
"Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking.
Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM. When we checked in, the hotel did not inform us about this event at all. And the front desk phone line is always busy when we tried to call multiple times. The next morning when we complained in person at the desk, the reception person just shrugged it off and gave us a free breakfast as compensation.
