「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. 「我们是晚上到的酒店，走进酒店是一个乱哄哄的酒吧，还以为走错了地方。原来登记入住在吧台。 价格是200多欧一晚，一进房间极度的失望！走廊过道散发着地毯的霉味，房间地毯也有异味。房间装修风格跟国内的廉价时尚酒店差不多！服务员门都不敲！直接闯入！」

「五星好评是因为前台的服务实在是很棒，非常友好、周到，特别是经常值夜班的一个小哥，有一点八字胡，小帅，麻烦他帮忙洗了一次衣服。房间卫生很好，开间也还算大，选择内景房的话肯定不会吵。地理位置很好，走几步就到市集、托马斯教堂、莱比锡大学等景点，坐车也很方便。早餐也还不错，一般是cover在房费里的，所以性价比还挺高的。」
