「This is our second time coming to this hotel. We found it quite lovely, however we could see some downgrades from last year in terms of food. The cafe was closed the entire time. The spa has a bit of a smell and the pillows and duvet are not the best. I think they can improve on that. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English, that was great. 「Plenty of parking. The Spa is really nice. The staff is really nice. The towels are stiff, if you can deal with that it’s good place to stay. The breakfast is good. The dining seemed to be short staffed or just slow. We had dinner a couple doors up the street. It was amazing. Overall we will stay there again. 」

「The apartment is situated is very close to the mountain cable car station, but a bit far from the shops, restaurants and supermarket. The front desk staff are very friendly, and they allow their guests to use the bathroom if you want to ski after checked out. The kitchen is well-equipped. Very nice experience!」
