「When I used the bathroom on arrival, the cheap toilet seat broke immediately. I complained to the host via text, and although he said I could use a different apartment on the premises, he failed to indicate there was a time limit for me to move to the other unit - as I had traveled across country to see my father who was dying, there were many things I had to take care of the first day and didn't see the host's late night text because I had fallen asleep. In the end, he blamed me for not moving...

「We were originally scheduled to stay on Treasure Island but Hurricane Helene forced them to be closed so we made plans 2 days before flying out. So glad we did. Lots of damage everywhere but we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at the resort and especially loved visiting with Amy in the office.」
