「Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Jugendlichen in einem der Familienzimmer. Das Schlafsofa war noch ausreichend, das Zimmer ist aber groß genug um noch ein Zustellbett mit aufzustellen (wäre schön gewesen). Sonst ist alles sehr sauber und qualitativ gut von der Ausstattung bis zum Service. Definitiv empfehlenswert vorallem, die Ruhe im Hotel trozu zentraler Lage.」

「Friendly staff. Modern hotel. Great breakfast with a wide variety of choice and I love it! (They change menu everyday and I didn’t get bored!) A bit confusing using the lift. 「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」

「我们是一家带孩子入住，酒店位置超级好，在查理大桥和老城广场中间，到二者任何一个地方走路5分钟；楼下就有饭店。房间非常干净温馨，提供一个双人大床和1个单人床，热水壶吹风机都有。我们到的早，上午11点多到就直接入住了，前台非常好，办理入住时提供饮料/葡萄酒给我们；由于我们第二天一早很早赶飞机，帮我们晚上就准备了第二天的早餐打包送到我们房间，超级赞；帮我们安排的车子在约好的时间等在门口送我们，非常感谢！很遗憾就待了1天，下次还会入住这里的。再次感谢前台和接送我们的驾驶员！」

「Nice small hotel on a boat! Guess it's on water but doesn't feel "floating". A bit difficult to find the entrance upon arrival (next to river, beneath main road, taxi driver didn't know), but easily sorted out afterwards. Room a bit small but all essential stuffs are there. Equipped with nespresso coffee machine. Bed was nice and comfortable. Not too noisy as it's not next to main street. Overall satisfied with the experience. 」
