Our room door was very squeaky and could have used an oiling. The room has some damage on the walls and ceiling. The sink top was cracked, the tub dingy. The towels were very nice, larger than most other hotels. Right next to a popular restaurant that you could walk to. Air worked well. The light in the shower was nice to keep on all night to find your way. The tub had a convenient seat for handicapped.

Not Good
I did not stay. I got my money back and drove home. I can not walk stairs and asked for 1st floor. The elevator was broken and i could not walk up to the 2nd floor. It was dirty and smelled. I needed a bathroom after the long drive. The only one was out by the pool. The door was locked and then they showed me the broken key. I walked a long hall way to get there to find this out. The girl at the desk was amazing and got me in touch with hotels.com and i got a refund. I do not recommend this place.

The room was decent but the hotel felt more like a glorified motel. There was a disconnect with Expedia and the hotel because they couldn't find my reservation for about ten minutes. And even though we checked in about 2 hours after check-in started, we still had to wait for our room to be ready. And the front desk associate was wearing pajamas when we checked out in the morning.

I would rather live on the streets than this hotel
That probably was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. It was dirty everywhere from the lobby to the beds we were given. There were dirt stains on the sheets. They gave our room away, we ordered a king and got two queens. And it looked like someone tried to kick in our door the day before we got there. The lock was scary. There was also a camera in front of the TV, which was creepy. And the neighbors were screaming their heads off and we called the front desk and they did nothing.

Don't stay at this hotel. 1. They tried to steal my security deposit. It took three weeks and multiple phone calls to get it back. 2. They barricaded an emergency exit. That's dangerous and likely illegal. 3. The "gym" picture is a lie. Most of the equipment is broken and pushed into a corner. 4. I'm not sure what goes on at this hotel, but I found someone sleeping on the stairs, saw a lot of young people going in and out after midnight on weekends, and heard noises from a room that made me wonder as well. Why is this hotel listed on Expedia? We expect better.

I stayed there for two weeks and they would not fix my tv majority of the stay. For the first week i didn't have tv. For the second week they were constantly wanting me to try to fix it. I'd they were in my room for the last 4 days. They never offered to change my room. They lied to me about someone coming to change my tv on another day.

Stayed while in the area for business. Staff were amazing, but some interesting people in the area made it not the best overall experience. Not a bad deal for the price, but you get what you pay for. Convenient location

On their website it says there is a restaurant inside the hotel. There is not. Homeless all around. Elevator stopped working and we were on the 3rd floor with my brother who has a walker. We had to carry it up and 3 flights of stairs. My mom is elderly and had to walk the steps also.

Very unsafe, I have stayed at places around the world and this place by far was my worse experience. Stayed one night out of 5 and left. Will not recommend.
