A rental car is recommended because the hotel is not within walking distance to any of the big places and beaches. There are a few restaurants and a mini market close to the hotel though. The property has a cat on premise and he adopted us for our stay, very friendly. US citizens, be aware this island is a 220v system and you should bring your own 120v adapters.
