「Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about...

「We booked a night after our flight was delayed overnight and needed emergency accommodation. Were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It was comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony.」

This was not communicated ahead of time and Management seemed to be unaware until we contacted them. Management was very quick to respond but was unable or unwilling to find a solution. Promises to investigate came to nothing. At the end when neither issue was solved during a 4 night stay they were unwilling to provide any...
